What does it cost when a hard conversation goes wrong?
RoleplayLabs has three plans. Free costs $0 and includes 3 one-time sessions with no card. Pro is $20 a month for 40 sessions, and Elite is $40 a month for 100 sessions with priority support. Each session uses one credit and lasts up to 5 minutes. Paid plans can be cancelled any time.

Pricing questions
What counts as one session?
Each started roleplay uses 1 session credit and is capped at 5 minutes. The transcript and rubric scorecard for that attempt are included.
What happens when we run out of sessions?
Move to the next plan for more monthly credits. Mid-month top-ups are not available in the current release, and there are no overage charges.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Free credits are one-time, and unused paid credits expire at the end of each billing period. Annual plans still receive their credits monthly.
Can I cancel, and are payments refundable?
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because access starts immediately, completed charges are generally non-refundable; duplicate charges or verified technical failures reported within 7 days can be reviewed.
How do I pay?
Pro and Elite are monthly or annual subscriptions paid in the RoleplayLabs portal through Razorpay. The Free plan needs no card.
