Real-time voice. Sessions are live voice roleplays designed to simulate the pressure and pace of actual customer conversations.
How do sessions work?
Each roleplay attempt uses 1 session credit and is capped at 5 minutes. Short enough to fit into a shift, long enough to practice a full exchange.
How will I know if my team is improving?
Every session produces a rubric scorecard across four dimensions (clarity, empathy, accuracy, resolution). Compare scores across attempts to see where skills are building.
Will this stay affordable?
How does billing work?
Free requires no card. Pro and Elite are monthly or annual subscriptions managed in the portal via Razorpay. Annual billing still allocates credits monthly.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Unused paid credits expire at the end of the billing period. This keeps usage and pricing predictable — no accumulating debt or surprise overages.
Can I top up sessions mid-month?
Not in the current portal release. If you need more volume, move to Pro or Elite monthly credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time and keep access through the current paid period. Because access is provisioned immediately for a digital subscription, completed charges are generally non-refundable after activation; duplicate or incorrect charges can be reviewed through support.
Is our data safe?
How is our data handled?
Payments are handled by Razorpay and AI processing by OpenAI. Artifacts are stored with access controls and signed links. No data is shared with third parties for marketing.
How long are recordings stored?
Free keeps transcripts for 3 days and does not include recordings. Paid plans retain transcripts and recordings unless you delete them.

What devices are supported?
Modern desktop and mobile browsers with microphone access. No app install needed — open the link and start.
Does everyone need to grant microphone permissions?
Yes. Voice roleplays require microphone permission. The browser will prompt on first use.
